Organized by Ministry of Social justice & Empowerment during 25.09.2007 to 08.10.2007 at New Delhi. As an apex corporation, NHFDC has also participated and 19 stalls were been allotted by the Ministry for 21 beneficiaries of NHFDC to display their handicraft items and also to promote marketing / sale of their goods.

NHFDC also sponsored one Orchestra of blind persons from Mumbai for the Occasion. Honorable Minster of Social Justice & Empowerment Smt. Meira Kumar, Secretary Smt. Veena Chhotray, Addl. Secretary Dr. Sundeep Khanna & Chairman National Trust Smt. Poonam Natrajan inaugurated Silpoutsava. During the speech Hon’ble Minister appreciated the Orchestra played by the disabled persons.
