NHFDC was incorporated under section 25 of the Companies Act 1956 with an Authorised Share Capital of Rs.400 Crores & wholly owned by Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt. of India.

Paid-up Share Capital

As on 31.03.2007,.the paid up share capital of NMDFC is Rs. 89.80 Crores has been contributed by the Govt of India.
